This card is based on an ink drawing about Frida and her close relationship with xoloitxcuintli (show-low-eats-queen-tlee) dogs. Frida had several of these unusual-looking dogs, a hairless breed with an ancestry that is traceable back 3,000 years to the Aztecs.
Printed on 80 lb. White Cougar paper in San Francisco, this card uses locally-source materials and resources. It is 7 x 5 inches (folded), and 7 x 10 inches (opened) and 7.25 x 5.25 inches, including a color envelope and cellophane bag. The card is blank inside; the logo appears on the back. A small "milagro" is attached to the front cover.
