Not happy with your purchase?  We stand behind the quality of our work, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away.

We are more than happy to exchange sizes if for some reason the size that you ordered does not fit.  We have a 14-day exchange policy for non-fragile items. During this time frame, you can exchange your purchase for any other item(s), and the cost of your returned item will be applied to your new order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and with the original tags.

Due to the fragile nature, and high risk of damage to silkscreen prints, etchings, photographs and cards, all sales are final. We cannot return or exchange these items.

To keep your blank cards and envelopes looking their best, please follow these simple care guidelines:

• Store cards in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Avoid bending or placing heavy objects on top to prevent creases or warping.

• Handle with clean, dry hands to keep the paper free from oils or smudges.

• Write using archival or quick-drying pens to prevent smearing or bleed-through.

• Keep envelopes flat to maintain their shape and smooth finish.

With proper care, your cards will remain beautiful and ready to share thoughtful messages for years to come.
